We work to ignite the pathways to success by bridging the gap between representation and access to education for BIPOC students pursuing arts and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) fields through scholarships, and mentorship, helping to facilitate the transition from student to professional... one student... one dream... one spark at a time...

Goals

1.Ignite Arts & STEM will achieve its goal by: - Focus resources & efforts on programs aligned with the mission. - Identify & eliminate redundancies or inefficiencies in non-core programs. - Making data-driven decision-making to assess program effectiveness. - Seek strategic partnerships with like-minded organizations. - Clearly and transparently communicate the rationale for changes.
2.Ignite Arts & STEM will expand program access by: - Collaborate community centers, & other organizations to reach new audiences. - Utilize online learning tools to broaden geographic reach. - Ensure accessibility for low-income families & underrepresented groups. - Promote programs through social media, community events, & advertising. - Add new locations & sessions to meet growing demand.
