The mission of the Family Crisis Center is to promote safety, self sufficiency, hope and healing to those affected by abuse.

We envision a world free from violence-where all people have the freedom to live safely, authentically and with dignity; where survivors are supported and empowered; and where communities work together to ensure everyone has the opportunity to heal, grow, and thrive.

Goals

1.Our goal is to serve more survivors, more often. We aim to increase the number of adults and children we support annually, grow referrals from community partners, and expand the reach of community-targeted education initiatives.
2.Enhance impact with survivors through employee training, support, and accountability to improve service quality. Develop retention and exit strategies for sustained progress. Strengthen programs targeting populations at high risk of violence, and foster a data-driven culture to inform and refine program initiatives.
3.Achieve financial strength by enhancing cash flow management and streamlining internal processes to boost efficiency and savings. Expand individual and planned giving programs, and strengthen corporate partnerships to support mission priorities and maximize impact.
