Mission

FEHSF is a humanitarian, apolitical and patriotic not for profit Foundation. Our mandate is to provide immediate financial support, directed to active Federal Agents and family members. FEHSF is known as the “Financial First Responder” when tragedy strikes a Federal Agent or family member. This includes, but is not limited to, line-of-duty incidents, medical situations, natural disasters. Upon notification, funds are directed to suffering families within 24-48 hours.

Vision

FEHSF will expand access to its emergency support programs to ensure all Federal Agents and families receive rapid aid in times of crisis. By scaling operations, increasing outreach, and strengthening agency ties, we aim to meet growing demand and uphold our role as the nation’s trusted “Financial First Responder.”

Goals

2.FEHSF will strengthen its internal capacity—financially, technically, and operationally—to sustain growth, improve efficiency, and ensure rapid, reliable support. Investing in our infrastructure allows us to better serve families in crisis and scale responsibly as demand increases.
3.FEHSF will develop new programs to address evolving needs of Federal Agents and their families—such as mental health support, long-term recovery aid, and wellness services—ensuring our support goes beyond crisis response and reflects the full scope of challenges faced by those we serve.
