Oil & Gas Action Network

Mission

OGAN supports grassroots and frontline movements taking action for a just world beyond fossil fuels. Through training, coaching, mentorship, strategic collaboration, creative actions, and providing critical movement infrastructure - we sponsor over 40 allied initiatives and projects working at the intersections of climate and energy justice. Our approach centers people-powered, grassroots-led creative actions that have high impact to confront the political, economic, and cultural power of the fossil fuel industry. We operate with minimal overhead - no offices and no lobbyists, making every dollar is used as effectively as possible.
