Goals

1. 1.Our existing Advocacy Program to better serve the increasing needs of our community. By strengthening partnerships, securing additional funding, and enhancing service capacity, we aim to reach more individuals, provide deeper support, and create long-term, systemic change for immigrant and Hispanic families.
2. 2.True Ridge is actively working to expand and strengthen our Education and Family Immigration Programs, which are essential to supporting our clients. By providing educational resources, legal consultations, and advocacy, we empower individuals with the knowledge and tools they need to navigate complex systems, access opportunities, and build secure, self-sufficient futures.
3. 3.True Ridge is dedicated to investing in our organizational capacity to enhance our ability to serve the community effectively. By strengthening staff development, infrastructure, and resource allocation, we aim to expand program reach, improve service delivery, and ensure long-term sustainability in supporting immigrant and Hispanic families.
