HELP THE COMMUNITY BETTER UNDERSTAND THE DEMENTIA DISEASE PROCESS AND WAYS TO BECOME MORE INFORMED. WE ARE HERE TO PROVIDE SUPPORT DURING THE NAVIGATING OF CAREGIVING. WE PRIDE OURSELVES IN CONNECTING OUR CAREGIVERS TO VALUABLE RESOURCES IN THE COMMUNITY. WE ARE EXCITED ABOUT OFFERING TO THE COMMUNITY WELLNESS FIRST. A PROGRAM THAT PROVIDES COMMUNITY HEALTH WORKERS AS PERSONAL COACHES TO HELP YOU REACH ALL OF YOUR WELLNESS GOALS. THOSE GOALS CAN BE FROM HOW TO EFFECTIVELY STOP SMOKING TO HAVING A HEALTHY AND HAPPY PREGNANCY AND BIRTH.
