Vision Statement: We believe that every young person deserves a chance to achieve their full potential and overcome the challenges they face. We are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where our clients can access the resources, skills, and opportunities they need to thrive.

Goals

1. 1.Provide Outreach & Engagement by delivering urgent support to meet immediate needs, connection to Emergency Shelter, Mobile Showers, Clothing, Meals, Food Pantry sites, and update Assessments.
2. 2.Provide Youth Housing Navigation Services and document assistance to better impact young adults experiencing homelessness.
3. 3.Provide Empowerment tools and Drop In Center Resources for mental health wellness, career readiness, education enrichment and life skills for young adults experiencing homelessness.
