Vision

Vision Statement V for Victory envisions a world where no adult, child, or family battling cancer has to choose between treatment and meeting their most basic everyday needs. We aspire to build a nationwide network of communities where critical everyday services are readily available, barriers to care are removed, and families are free to focus on healing and spending time with their loved ones. Through innovative partnerships and scalable service models, we aim to redefine how communities support those facing cancer, ensuring dignity, stability, and hope at every stage of the journey.

Goals

1. 1.V for Victory plans to expand nationwide by partnering local businesses with local communities battling cancer. Through a scalable, community-based model, we will grow business partnerships, diversify funding, and strengthen infrastructure to serve more adults, children, and families while maintaining financial transparency and program quality.
2. 2.V for Victory is strengthening capacity by enhancing financial oversight, governance policies, and internal controls following our first independent audit. We are investing in staff development, data systems, and responsible use of technology, including AI tools, to increase efficiency, improve reporting accuracy, and support scalable, transparent growth.
3. 3.V for Victory focuses on core programs that directly deliver critical everyday services to adults, children, and families battling cancer. We regularly assess our Warriors’ needs through surveys and direct feedback to ensure we prioritize the most impactful services and scale back programs that do not align with our core mission or evolving community needs.
