A healthcare system where every child facing a medical procedure receives compassionate, anxiety-reducing emotional support, and every future clinician is trained in empathy, communication, and humanistic care from day one.

Goals

1. 1.Expand sustainable MagicAid chapters at medical schools nationwide, integrating structured magic-therapy training and bedside implementation into hospital workflows to support pediatric patients and strengthen clinical empathy in medical trainees.
2. 2.Conduct high-quality research—including observational studies and randomized trials—to evaluate MagicAid’s impact on pediatric anxiety, procedure tolerance, patient experience, and medical student communication skills, and use findings to refine program design.
3. 3.Strengthen organizational infrastructure, volunteer training systems, and multi-site coordination to support long-term sustainability, expand partnerships with hospitals and medical schools, and improve program consistency, evaluation, and scalability.
