    THE MISSION OF THE NEBRASKA BRASS BAND IS TO DEVELOP MUSICAL ABILITY THROUGH INTENSE REHEARSALS, WHICH HELPS DEVELOP ARTISTIC TALENT; INVOLVEMENT OF YOUNG PEOPLE, ADULTS, AND SENIOR CITIZENS ALIKE IN MUSICAL PERFORMANCE, THE COMMISSIONING OF NEW PIECES FOR BRASS BANDS; AND CARRYING OUT COMMUNITY-BASED WORK TO ENGAGE A WIDER SCOPE OF AUDIENCES FOR THE ENJOYMENT AND ENRICHMENT OF THE PUBLIC AND ITS' COMMUNITIES THROUGHOUT NEBRASKA.
