Vision

Alzheimers Coachella Valley (ACV) was founded in 2017 with the goal of improving quality of life for both those diagnosed with dementia and their caregivers. Through our programs, we aim to relieve caregiver burden, the diagnosed person's anxiety and stress, theerby promoting a healther outcome.

Goals

1. 1.In 2023, ACV opened the Coachella Valley's only no-cost screening center for those with concerns about memory loss or cognitive impairment. This tool allows families to get the information and resources they need to prepare for their future journey.
2. 2.In 2024, ACV has pushed to expand our programs to underserved communities, and we will continue to do so through offering Spanish Language programming and site visits to underserved communities.
3. 3.As we have grown, ACV has expanded into a new facility and added new staff and advisors to help us grow and operate a larger non-profit in the most conscientious way possible.
