We envision a world in which college students are proud to be who they truly are – a world in which they live authentically, forge real connections, and genuinely support each other.

Goals

1. 1.Supporting a culture of open and authentic conversation across more higher education campuses through our state-recognized best practice Reflect & Connect partner model. The program trains students as peer mental wellness leaders, strengthening belonging, connection, and help-seeking while building professional development and leadership skills that empower students to support one another.
2. 2.Train and mentor the next generation of student mental wellness dialogue leaders through our multi-campus Fellowship program. Each year, Reflect expands its network of partner schools, equipping students with the skills to facilitate peer conversations, strengthen campus belonging, and build cultures of support that advance well-being across their academic communities.
3. 3.Expand our partner and sponsor network to strengthen both internal capacity and program outreach, while growing our pool of expert staff and advisors. This investment allows Reflect to scale training, mentorship, and campus engagement, ensuring sustainable support for student mental wellness programs and the communities they serve.
