Vision

We envision a more equitable and inclusive world, where people can determine the programs and policies that affect their lives, grounded in evidence, free from systemic barriers, discrimination, and exclusion, and where resources are directed to where they are most needed, as defined by people and communities themselves. In this future, existing top-down power structures in philanthropy, nonprofits, and other social sector organizations have been replaced by community-driven decision-making and these organizations regularly act on the feedback they hear to foster greater and more equitable impact.

Goals

1. 1.We will continue to grow grassroots and leadership support by developing our membership offerings to bring more organizations into the feedback field in increasingly deeper and more meaningful ways, increasing our training offerings, and by convening groups like the Feedback Incentives Learning Group to help more leaders identify as feedback champions.
2. 2.We will explore ways to offer feedback certification linked to training and Feedback Labs membership.
3. 3.We will continue to encourage funders and other leaders to prioritize policies that encourage high-quality feedback practice and to fund nonprofits to listen well.
