Mission

HFC's mission is to care for families impacted by Alzheimer’s and related diseases, activate the next generation of advocates and leaders, and advance brain health through education, awareness, and research.

Vision

We envision a world where no family faces Alzheimer’s or related diseases alone, where caregivers are supported, brain health is prioritized at every stage of life, and a new generation is empowered to lead the fight against this disease.

Goals

1.Drive Awareness and Inspire Change by ending the shame, secrecy and stigma associated with Alzheimer’s disease.
2.Care for Caregivers by transforming the caregiving experience for young people and families impacted by Alzheimer’s disease.
3.Caring for Brains by being the leading voice in brain health education and Alzheimer’s prevention for young people.
