Mission

The OUT Foundation’s mission is to remove the barriers that block LGBTQ+ individuals’ access and participation in fitness, health, and wellness, ensuring their success. Our vision is a future that champions equity, safety, belonging, health, wellness, and joyful movement for every LGBTQ+ person, so everybody, in every body, can thrive.

3.Through education, training, and programmatic change, we are constantly working on implementing resources.
