Mission

The OUT Foundation’s mission is to remove the barriers that block LGBTQ+ individuals’ access and participation in fitness, health, and wellness, ensuring their success. Our vision is a future that champions equity, safety, belonging, health, wellness, and joyful movement for every LGBTQ+ person, so everybody, in every body, can thrive.

Goals

1.Our pride is in the diversity we represent and openly invite anyone to join our welcoming community. We strive to create an inclusive community of all walks of life, so everybody, in every body, can thrive.
2.We are committed and positioned to grow this organization to hyper-impact local areas by expanding our local services which currently serve over 250 fitness, health and wellness spaces across the U.S.
3.Through education, training, and programmatic change, we are constantly working on implementing resources.
