Vision

The vision for IMF is to engage a community of support and lay the groundwork for awareness, education, advocacy and research in the intestinal malrotation space. We put authenticity and integrity at the forefront of our initiatives and operate with high ethical standards and make a concerted effort to operate free of conflicts of interest. Our vision for IMF is to put our primary 4-pillars: advocacy, awareness, research, and education at the forefront of our decision making and that we always put our patient population and their best interests first. We strive to be a very connected team that offers 1:1 advocacy which allows patients and caregivers to safely and confidently share their stories. We believe that real connections in the community come from a reputation of fairness and authenticity- characteristics that we promise to our internal team and in external outreach.

Goals

1. 1.Engage credible stakeholders to assist in developing, maintaining and evolving a living organizational operational plan
2. 2.Launch grassroots awareness campaigns that empower our patient population to share their stories and the important messaging that we derive from research and expert advisors.
3. 3.Develop community networks with reputable agencies who share a passion for our mission to increase our portfolio of resources for our patient population.
