Goals

1. 1.We are scaling our free, confidential text-based navigational support from 560,000 workers served to 2 million through expanded place-based, workforce, and government partnerships , reaching lower-wage workers with the least power and the fewest resources at the moments that determine their economic futures.
2. 2.We are building human-centered AI tools and data infrastructure to strengthen volunteer effectiveness, improve conversation quality, and diversify earned revenue, creating a sustainable operating model that holds when economic disruption drives demand higher.
3. 3.Job loss conversations have surged to over 60% of our volume as AI disruption and economic uncertainty accelerate. We are expanding intake capacity, multilingual access, and AI-assisted surge support to meet a growing crisis among workers before it peaks.
