Vision

Our goal is to bridge the veterinary care gap between the Navajo Nation, Utah and the Western Slope to not only reduce the stray animal population, but to provide education and resources to help the Navajo Nation establish a sustainable pet health care system of their own.

Goals

1. 1.We have committed to this strategy because focusing on our core programs ensures that we remain aligned with our mission, use our resources efficiently, and can achieve measurable outcomes that benefit the animals and communities in our service area. This approach allows us to be adaptable and responsive to the most pressing needs, ensuring that our work remains impactful and relevant.
2. 2.Underdog Animal Rescue & Rehab's advocacy efforts have been highlighted through media stories and interviews, bringing attention to our mission and the critical need for support in the Navajo Nation. These engagements help raise awareness, educate the public, and advocate for the well-being of animals and communities we serve.
3. 3.Underdog Animal Rescue & Rehab expanded access to vital services with the addition of increased veterinary staff during our clinics. This enhancement allows us to increase the number of pets served during our monthly mobile clinics on the Navajo Nation.
