Vision

Our vision is to change the eating habits of children by age 9 through reliable access to nutrient-rich protein meals that improve their health, education and lives.

Goals

1. 1.HATCH is committed to growing our current protein meal program by increasing the number of food banks and pantries that we work with to deliver high value, low cost animal protein. We have a team member dedicated to building and maintaining relationships with food banks with the goal of expanding our network and our overall program outcomes.
2. 2.In the past year, we've hired two new members to expand our marketing and program management and created a succession plan to ensure the continued growth of the organization and the impact we're able to make. We've also expanded our fundraising efforts to reach new sources of areas and diversify our funding sources. Lastly, we've invested in new software for tracking impact and data management.
3. 3.We are constantly trying to advocate for and educate on the importance of animal protein in building health outcomes. Through working with local partners to educate on the nutrition benefits of animal protein, how it can be cooked and stores, etc., we are always trying to be an advocate for building healthy communities through food security and will continue to champion our partners.
