    Adaptability Practices
    30 out of 30 points
The nonprofit has an opportunity to tell the story of how the organization adapted to tremendous external changes in the last year
We have seen many changes in last year due to the pandemic and we learned many new things in this crucial time for instance in India more than 500,000 people died due to Covid-19, and nobody was willing to go outside for the well-being of their families. We decided to shift completely to remote working culture so that our volunteer staff can work from their home and protect their families from this deadly disease. We ran multiple mental health sessions on our Instagram handle to raise awareness and spread positivity in Public.
