We prioritize programs that directly improve outcomes for victims of violence and strengthen multidisciplinary partnerships, while avoiding activities that do not directly advance our mission.
2.TXFNE's strategic goal is to expand access to expert forensic nursing services so every victim of violence can receive timely, trauma-informed care regardless of location. We are increasing geographic coverage, growing teleforensic capabilities, strengthening our forensic nursing workforce, and expanding Adult Forensic Interview services to reach more communities across Texas.
3.TXFNE is strengthening its organizational capacity by investing in workforce development, technology, data systems, financial sustainability, and operational infrastructure.
