Third Wave Volunteers Inc.

Mission

Third Wave Volunteers is a Florida-based, 501(c)(3) disaster relief nonprofit dedicated to mobilizing medical and non-medical first responders and delivering sustainable long-term aid to disadvantaged and disaster-affected communities worldwide. Founded in the wake of tragedy on September 11th, 2001, in New York City, we have since grown into a global humanitarian movement with a volunteer force of over 30,000 trained individuals. Our work spans both natural and man-made disasters, including hurricanes and earthquakes, war zones and refugee crises, tsunamis and pandemics. We’ve established and operated large refugee camps, field hospitals, and community resilience hubs across some of the world’s most challenging environments—including during the Syrian, Iraqi, Afghan, Venezuelan, and Ukrainian refugee crises.
