The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: We are expanding access by establishing sustainable prosthetic training and fabrication sites, including 3D printing programs, to empower local clinicians to provide year-round care. We will increase the number of children served, grow domestic peer support programs, and strengthen partnerships to ensure lasting access to quality prosthetic services.
Goal Two: We continuously adapt our programs based on the changing needs of the children and families we serve. By listening to patients, clinicians, and community partners, we expand services such as peer support groups, mentor programs, and improved prosthetic technologies to better support confidence, mobility, and long-term well-being.
Goal Three: Our third goal reflects our commitment to expand advocacy for children with limb loss. We aim to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and promote equitable access to prosthetic care. Through public education, storytelling, partnerships, and community engagement, we will amplify the voices of children and families and champion their inclusion and rights worldwide.
