THE EPHRATA DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATION WILL ASSIST IN THE CREATION, RETENTION AND RE-INVESTMENT OF RESOURCES THAT INCREASE THE ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITIES AND IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR OUR COMMUNITY. WE FOSTER A VIBRANT, PROSPEROUS AND GROWING EPHRATA THROUGH EXTRAORDINARY COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT.
