Vision

Boxing Out Negativity's vision is to create a safe, supportive environment where all young people, particularly those at-risk, can thrive. We envision a future where these youth are empowered to reach their full potential, contribute positively to their communities, and break free from cycles of violence, poverty, and limited opportunities.

Goals

1. 1.Increase the number of at-risk youth served through in-school mentorship, street outreach, and afterschool programs. We aim to address youth violence and provide positive alternatives by engaging with youth in schools, communities, and correctional facilities.
2. 2.Foster strong relationships with families and communities to create positive, supportive environments for youth. By working with families, we ensure the sustainability of the changes youth experience through our programs.
3. 3.Continuously improve program delivery by integrating evidence-based practices such as SEL, CBT, positive psychology, and restorative justice. This helps us provide the highest-quality mentorship and support for youth.
