Goals

1. 1.To deepen the support provided through our Foster pathway by increasing access to mental health resources and childcare assistance through access to summer camp and respite nights. We also aim to expand our reach into surrounding counties, ensuring more families have access to the support they need to continue this important work.
2. 2.To expand our Mentor Match program into neighboring counties to serve more youth and to increase the number of well-trained, trauma-informed mentors. We also aim to develop solutions for younger youth, ages 9-12, to introduce early relational support and to prevent the isolation that often deepens as they grow. Additionally, we seek to enhance coaching and ongoing support for mentors.
3. 3.To increase the volume and variety of needs met through the Landing Platform and to make the in-person shopping experiences offered to youth experiencing foster care more broadly available to both teens and older youth. We also aim to expand the reach of the platform by allowing other nonprofits to leverage it as a tool to better serve their own clients, creating a ripple effect of care.
