Goal One: In the past nine years the IBMA Foundation has grown in support and areas of programs that serve more individuals across the U.S. and around the world. We are small, but growing, and our reach is international. Goal Two: We have 11, soon to be 12 agency endowment funds at the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee to support and grow our programs, scholarships, and grants, in perpetuity. We are recruiting a growing number of large donors interested in supporting educational efforts. Are aim is to increase the amount of college scholarships awarded and to award more educational grants year round.
