Charting Careers envisions an Annapolis and Anne Arundel County where every young person—regardless of race, income, or zip code—has the relationships, resources, and opportunities needed to thrive. The organization strives for a community where equity is the norm, families are supported and empowered, and youth grow into confident, capable adults who shape their own futures and contribute to a more just, vibrant city.
