Vision

TMC Community Capital provides fast, affordable, and accessible online microloans to underserved small business owners who face barriers to traditional financing. Our programs are designed to empower entrepreneurs with the capital and support they need to grow their businesses, create jobs, and contribute to their communities. In addition to financing, TMC Community Capital offers personalized guidance and resources to help small business owners improve their financial health and business operations. We prioritize serving women, people of color, and immigrant entrepreneurs, ensuring that our work advances equity and inclusion in economic opportunities. Through our efforts, we help foster resilience and sustainability for small businesses in underserved communities.

Goals

1. 1.TMC Community Capital (TMC CC) has been actively expanding its programs to better support under-resourced small businesses across California.
2. 2.​In January 2025, TMC Community Capital launched the "Small Business Strong: LA Wildfire Relief Fund," providing $5,000 grants to small business owners and self-employed individuals in Los Angeles affected by wildfires. This initiative aimed to offer immediate financial relief for revenue replacement, relocation costs, basic needs, and repair of damages or loss of inventory.
3. 3.TMC Community Capital invests in capacity by building a strong operational infrastructure, expanding our team, and leveraging technology to streamline loan processing and enhance support services for under-resourced entrepreneurs.
