Mission

HEART LA believes that your companion animal should not be a barrier to staying in your home. HEART promotes housing security for pet-owners through direct legal services, technical assistance and training for animal service providers.

Vision

HEART LA envisions a world where no pet-owner is forced to choose between their beloved companion and a safe, stable home. We strive for a future where housing policies and services universally support the bond between humans and animals, fostering compassionate communities where everyone can thrive together.
