Vision

We are a charity committed to sustainably solving problems brought to us by artisanal gem mining communities with a culturally sensitive approach.

Goals

1. 1.Scale the capacity of our higher education programs through building a Campus in Tanzania for children of miners and mining communities, as a result of seeing direct and tangible positive impact on graduates and their families as they launch their careers and earning power.
2. 2.Implement informational / educational support for miners, adapted to their specific needs, to fill the gap in their knowledge of geology, mine safety, mine engineering, and supply chain.
3. 3.In order to continue effectively impacting our communities, Gem Legacy is strategically building the internal infrastructure needed to support our growth. This includes training new team members, establishing policies and procedures, and improving our analysis and review of our work.
