Goals

1. 1.Grow our community connections by offering mission-based programs, resources, and support to ALL those living with or affected by T1D.
2. 2.We are strengthening The DFC by investing in people, systems, and partnerships. This includes hiring and retaining exceptional staff, ensuring financial accountability, cultivating future leaders, formalizing partnerships with corporate and healthcare systems, and optimizing digital infrastructure to support growth and sustainability.
3. 3.We are expanding our impact by strengthening committees to engage volunteers, building deeper connections with community members, growing our social media reach through diverse storytelling, and launching support programs that increase opportunities year-round.
