The DFC's mission is to positively transform life with diabetes through the power of community. We provide year-round, recreation-based programs focused on building confidence, optimism, teamwork, mentorship, and support for people living with diabetes and their families.

Vision

A world where everyone impacted by Type 1 diabetes experiences true belonging — feeling secure, supported, accepted, included, and connected to a community that transforms lives.
