Goal One: Expand Access to Core Programs: USS will grow and scale its housing-centered, 17-program holistic model to increase access to safe housing and essential services for individuals and families experiencing homelessness or poverty. By expanding program capacity, partnerships, and regional reach, USS will serve more people while maintaining high-quality, measurable outcomes.
Goal Two: Strengthen Organizational Capacity: USS will invest in strong financial management, governance, technology, and operational systems to support sustainable growth. By enhancing data systems, staff development, and fiscal controls, USS will ensure accountability, efficiency, and long-term stewardship of resources while scaling impact.
Goal Three: We advocate for individuals and families facing barriers to stability by promoting equitable access to housing, education, career development, nutritious meals, and holistic wellness. USS works to raise awareness, influence policy, and build community partnerships that advance long-term self-sufficiency.
