PROVIDE TEMPORARY HOMES AND APPROPRIATE CARE (GENERAL AND MEDICAL) FOR UNWANTED AND OR ABANDONED CANINES AND FELINES UNTIL WE ARE ABLE TO PLACE THEM IN NEW HOMES. PROMOTE AND ADVANCE PUBLIC EDUCATION CONCERNING THE NEED FOR SPAY/NEUTER TO HELP REDUCE THE UNWANTED PET OVERPOPULATION.
