Our mission is to help transform the NYC Justice system for women in deep and sustainable ways while elevating the experiences of personally impacted women to strategize and create a tangible plan that entails moving women and women with children from Rose M. Singer center on Rikers Island to a safe settings with appropriate services in their communities.
