Goals

1. 1.Strengthen Yes2Jobs’ organizational capacity by improving data tracking, staff training, and technology tools to better support program delivery, monitor participant outcomes, and sustain long-term growth and impact in South Los Angeles.
2. 2.Expand access to Yes2Jobs programs by increasing the number of youth and young adults who can participate in our professional branding workshops, leadership development seminars, and internship preparation activities, ensuring more underrepresented talent is career-ready.
3. 3.Advocate for greater representation of diverse talent in media, technology, finance, and health industries by engaging employers, industry leaders, and community partners to create equitable internship and career pathways for underrepresented youth in South Los Angeles.
