IDEA WILD Equips, Empowers & Activates the world’s most promising environmental leaders to grow and strengthen the movement to conserve the planet’s biodiversity

Vision

We believe the conservation of biodiversity is critical to our collective future. Biodiversity provides an abundance of food, fiber, pharmaceuticals, healthy ecosystems, and peace of mind. We are deeply concerned about the loss of biodiversity, especially in the world's tropical regions. To address this issue, IDEA WILD is dedicated to empowering people who work on the front lines of conservation projects in developing countries.

Goals

1.Our program efficiency model necessitates increasing staff productivity on several levels: equipment acquisition and distribution; staff-recipient communications. IDEA WILD would like to assess the viability of brining on international advisors to increase program efficiency.
2.Effectively monitor and report on the work of IDEA WILD recipients so IDEA WUILD can more effectively meet the needs of donors, establish a more quantifiable analysis of IW's success and build community among all stakeholders.
3.Diversify IDEA WILD's funding base ad grow annual budget to $648K which would impact several operational standards that are pivotal to IW's success.
