Goals

1. 1.The Downtown Clinic is committed to expanding and enhancing our existing programs to better serve the evolving needs of our community. By fostering strategic partnerships with local nonprofits and businesses, we aim to increase access to care while minimizing duplication of services.
2. 2.The Downtown Clinic launches new programs to address emerging gaps in care and support. Through ongoing engagement, data analysis, and feedback from our constituents, we’ve identified key areas where additional services are needed. In the last five years, we've launched new programs, including our mobile clinic and full-time social work.
3. 3.We created a full-time Assistant Director role to support business operations and managerial efficiency. To promote environmental sustainability and reduce long-term costs, we installed solar power infrastructure. Additionally, we’ve upgraded our technology to improve service delivery, including the adoption of Jeenie, a HIPAA-certified online translation service.
