The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: We would like to provide spay/neuter services exclusively to homeless cats (at no charge), without the need to take in paid clients to help cover costs.
Goal Type: Focus on core programs to achieve mission and scale back on programs not seen as core.
Goal Two: Advocate for more government-funded programs and support for spay/neuter facilities so we can better address the overwhelming need for humane birth control for homeless cats.
Goal Type: This goal reflects our commitment to further our advocacy work for our organization and or cause area.
Goal Three: To have a consistent pool of veterinarians available to work for our clinic, which is increasing difficult to to acute shortages of vets with experience in high volume spay/neuter environments.
Goal Type: Invest in the capacity of our organization (financial, management, technical, etc.).
