Goals

1. 1.Grow community impact by expanding services and forging more connections, including growing connection-centered services and mental health programming to combat loneliness for older members and caregivers.
2. 2.Grow community impact by growing our geographic footprint, including serving more deeply in Metro Denver, Northern Colorado (especially western Weld County), and on the Western Slope (in the Grand Valley).
3. 3.Demonstrate and sustain organizational impact by continuing to mature evaluation practices and optimize operational excellence. Systematically collect data at natural touch points. Build upon staff capacity and cultural competence, while making technology investments.
