Mission

Mission: To empower Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) through high-impact workforce development and entrepreneurial ecosystems that bridge the racial wealth gap. We are committed to fostering economic equity and social justice by preparing students to become ethical leaders, tech-driven entrepreneurs, and high-stakes corporate professionals. The program aims to stimulate student interest in entrepreneurship, leadership, STEM, and provide them with necessary support. 1. Develop an entrepreneurial mindset to become more effective and successful in the corporate world. 2. Contribute to the generational wealth creation. 3. The program also aims to stimulate students' interest in Entrepreneurship, Leadership Development, Career development, Financial Literacy, and STEM. Finally, the program also provides training and networking opportunities to current minority entrepreneurs so that they can move up to the next level.
