Vision

The Boss Up vision is based on the belief that your life is your first "business". You are the "CEO" of your life. Our vision is to see to it that every child/Boss Up participant acquires the business and life skills required to turn their entrepreneurial dreams into plans, and then, activate and achieve them through the realization that a single dream activated can solve a myriad of social problems.

Goals

1. 1.BossUp Foundation is committed to growing, expanding, scaling, and increasing access to entrepreneurship and financial literacy programs for underserved youth and communities. By enhancing program reach, diversifying offerings, replicating successful initiatives, and removing participation barriers, we empower individuals to build sustainable futures and create lasting economic impact.
2. 2.We are committed to focusing on core programs to maximize impact, align with our mission, and ensure resources are directed where they create the greatest value. By scaling back on non-core initiatives, we can deepen our expertise, strengthen outcomes, and effectively serve underserved youth and communities with sustainable, high-quality programming.
3. 3.We aim to invest in our organization’s capacity—financial, management, and technical—to enhance efficiency, sustainability, and impact. Strengthening our team, technology, and resources ensures we can effectively deliver programs, expand our reach, and adapt to evolving community needs. We’ll prioritize metrics and data collection to track progress and drive informed decisions.
