THROUGH SUPPORT OF ARTS AND CULTURE AND COMMUNITY EVENTS, THE CORPORATION INTENDS TO TRANSFORM AND ACTIVATE PUBLIC SPACES, STRENGTHEN NEIGHBORHOODS AND DEVELOP A VIBRANT URBAN CORE IN THE CITY OF DETROIT.
