Vision

To create spaces where individuals and families affected by cancer can step away from the weight of diagnosis, reconnect with themselves and one another, and restore their strength—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Goals

1. 1.We will grow by meeting people where they are—adding more retreat days, expanding our take-home and virtual programs, and partnering with trusted community and healthcare partners. By strengthening our team and support network, we can reach more patients, caregivers, and families and ensure respite is accessible, personal, and offered when it’s needed most.
2. 2.We create new programs by listening closely to those we serve. Through conversations, feedback, and lived experience we identify changing needs and gaps in support. Programs are thoughtfully piloted & refined based on response and expanded only when they add real value ensuring each offering is personal responsive and grounded in what people truly need.
3. 3.We will focus on the programs that create the greatest impact and are most needed by those we serve. By reviewing participation feedback and outcomes we will strengthen our core offerings and pause or scale back programs that are less effective. This allows us to use our time and resources wisely while staying true to our mission and values.
