    Adaptability Practices
    30 out of 30 points
The nonprofit has an opportunity to tell the story of how the organization adapted to tremendous external changes in the last year
Work has been in a state of flux this year, a transformation driven by powerful forces of disruption: demographic shifts, the changing nature of careers, and relentless advances in technology. When the global coronavirus pandemic hit, it pushed the pace of change into overdrive and heightened anxieties about how to prepare for the future of work. At the same time, we shifted to a better process and removed barriers for our homeless program to allow more clients to achieve self-sufficiency.
