Zero8Hundred's mission is to offer compassionate, evidence-based support to service members and their families, helping them navigate the unique challenges of transitioning from active duty to civilian life through a peer-based social work model

Vision

To provide a social work platform to transitioning military members and their families providing counseling that addresses mental health, education, employment, health and wellness and social community connections.

Goals

1.Provide consistent nonclinical counseling services and resource connection to transitioning service members and military spouses 12 months before military service exit and 12 months post discharge.
2.Demonstrate measurable outcomes while continuing service over 24 months with each client while helping them acclimate and reintegrate into their veteran lifecycle.
3.Advocate for transitioning service members before during and after transition across the community.
