Mission

Empower The Village, Inc. (ETV) is a data-driven nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization founded in 2018 to develop, guide and implement breakthrough, scalable strategies that empower Black people, businesses and community organizations to realize their full potential.

Vision

ETV's Vision is to Restore Prosperity, Peace & Power to the Black Community by focusing its Wealth, Health and Empowerment, leveraging data-driven strategies and solutions powered and executed in partnership with "the Village."

Goals

1.Empower Black-owned businesses with resources, information, and expertise required to thrive, create jobs, and serve as role models of success increasing community prosperity and generational wealth.
2.Launch our Village Assist program - Healing Circles and workshops - to increase affordable access to mental health care in the Black community and increase access to culturally competent providers.
3.Recruit and engage Village Volunteers from the community to shape the work of ETV and increase our capacity to achieve our goals leveraging the collective strength and resources of the Village.
