Another Round Another Rally

Mission

Another Round Another Rally is a nonprofit financial and educational resource for the hospitality industry. We provide reimbursement grants and immersive educational scholarships to further the education of historically excluded voices in the community, and supply emergency assistance to those employed in restaurants, bars, and hotels who have fallen on unexpected hardship.

Vision

Our goal is to give current and future leaders access to the tools they can utilize in order to create innovative, dynamic workplaces where equity and inclusion allow marginalized populations the space and safety to advance and thrive.

Goals

1.We understand the importance of career development and creating pathways of advancement in the hospitality industry which is why we are expanding our Mentorship and immersive education programs.
2.In every survey we have done the greatest needs restaurant workers have is for healthcare and mental healthcare. Our goal is to get some form of healthcare to the industry within 2-3 years.
3.Our organization exists because of the inequities in service industry jobs. We are advocating to make sure restaurant workers receive living wages and work in a harassment and abuse free workplace.
