YOUTH SPORTS AND AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAMS ARE BECOMING LESS AFFORDABLE. THE MISSION OF THE HV3 FOUNDATION IS TO INCREASE ACCESS AND INCLUSION FOR ALL YOUTH IN SPORTS THROUGH EDUCATION, ADVOCACY, AND SPORT PROGRAMS, BY SUBSIDIZING AND/OR OPERATING SUCH PROGRAMS FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO CANNOT AFFORD THEM.
