Goals

1. 1.We will expand our reach by enhancing curriculum with digital literacy, growing alumni engagement through social media and newsletters, increasing visibility via Google Ads, and building partnerships with re-entry programs—all while ensuring long-term growth through diversified funding and board involvement.
2. 2.We will strengthen organizational capacity by enhancing board engagement, formalizing communication between leadership and instructors, leveraging Google’s nonprofit support, and diversifying funding to reduce reliance on a single source—ensuring financial sustainability, strategic growth, and technical readiness.
